The Comettes are a triadic musical act hailing from Seattle, WA that formed in the summer of 2012. Their sound has been described as: ethereal, refreshingly unique, and hypnotizing. Before releasing their first self -titled EP in December 2012 they started off their promisingly bright future with a Midwest tour opening for Grammy nominated favorites, The Lumineers. With not even a single released, they accompanied the platinum record holding group at 4 sold out theater shows. The Comettes are now planning to release 4 new singles by winter 2013 followed by an extensive tour of the USA.

The Comettes members are:

Timmy Sunshine – Lead vocal/Organ

Born in Bellingham, WA has been playing guitar, banjo, ukulele, bass, drums and singing for 12 years. He is classically trained at the piano and has been playing keyboard, organ and accordion for 22 years.

Jettie Wilce – Drums

Born in Washington D.C. Has been playing the drums for 3 years, and Piano for 10 years. She learned to play drums with Timmy in their first band, a surf rock 2 piece known as “The Royal Sea.”

Sager Small - Guitar

Born in Walla Walla, WA. Has played acoustic guitar for 5 years, electric guitar for 1 year and is classically trained on the bass.
